Clinical images and patient information should only be transferred after a partner-specific onboarding process, secure transfer route and data-processing documentation have been agreed.

Retention

Business enquiry information is retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, relationship management and legitimate business record-keeping. A site-specific retention approach for clinical data is agreed before go-live.

Sharing

We do not sell enquiry information. We may share information with professional advisers or technical providers only where necessary to respond to an enquiry or operate the service.
